Tracko brings a modern online vitals management experience to users, making the process easier than ever before. This application is designed for all age groups and requires minimal steps to complete tasks.

TrackO is a remote health management application that allows users to create their personal health journey, guided by their caretaker team. Users can also add their family members to the profile, enabling the tracking of their loved ones' vitals as well.

The app facilitates monitoring of health through various devices such as blood pressure monitors, oximeters, and glucometers. Vitals are securely stored in an encrypted cloud platform, ensuring access from anywhere at any time. In cases where Bluetooth devices are not accessible, users can manually update their vital stats as well.

Vitals data is shared with a Care Center, enabling prompt consultation to avoid frequent clinic visits. Notifications and reminders based on vitals are also provided by the app.

TrackO proves particularly beneficial for elderly patients, allowing providers and families to instantly access crucial health information through various devices like smartphones, tablets, or computers. This feature saves time and eliminates the need for constant communication to keep caretakers informed.

Please note that TrackO is not intended for continuous 24/7 monitoring but aims to support physicians in better managing patient care by providing remote access to collected medical data for analysis and potential early intervention.
